Randy McGehee, President

With more than 28 years of international aviation experience and over 10,500 flight hours, Randy McGehee founded Everflight Aviation in 2003 to bring authenticity to the aviation brokerage business.

McGehee is a strong aviation advisor and has the education and experience to guide clients through all aspects of an aviation buy or sell transaction as well as the management of their aircraft. He currently flies Boeing 777 jets internationally for Delta Airlines and holds 10 type ratings in business jets. In addition to his significant flight experience, he has also worked with the Department of Homeland Security and is a certified flight instructor. McGehee has completed graduate level coursework in International Business, Finance and Economics and holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Ralph Montgomery

Ralph Montgomery’s experience includes over 14 years of advising businesses in all matters of corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, financial advisory and business strategy. As both consultant and advisor, he has advised numerous clients in buying and selling businesses, structuring various business combinations, raising equity and debt capital and general strategic alternatives. Mr. Montgomery’s experience encompasses a broad range of industries – in particular industrials, business services, and technology, including travel and aviation related services and technology.

Mr. Montgomery received his BBA with distinction in Finance and Economics from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA and his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA.


Thomas Soderholm

Thomas Soderholm is a pilot and aviation safety expert with more than 15,000 (12,000 are turbo jet or turbo prop) flight hours and twenty years of experience in the aviation industry. He is a seasoned flight department manager having served in multiple posts at the international level. Soderholm has written, implemented and managed numerous aircraft safety plans and operations publications and is a sought after consultant in aviation safety and security. He attended the University of Southern California's College of Engineering where he studied Aviation Safety, Accident Response Planning, Aviation Program Management, and Aviation Law.
